Beautiful Green Greenman key ring engraved in this attractive and hard wearing Oak.

This piece was made by David a passionate wood artist, he creates from a thriving workshop in Somerset, England. He founded The Grain Attraction to embrace his love of working with wood. A natural material he has a passion for and connection at a soul level.

The central themes of his work are ancient symbols. Sacred geometry, and nature. All the wood used is either reclaimed or sourced from a local family run saw mill. Wood is chosen on a design by design basis to enhance the piece in harmony with the natural wood grain.

David’s work has sold locally, nationally and internationally. He hopes you enjoy his work as much as he enjoyed making it for you.

The Green Man motif has many variations. Found in many cultures from many ages around the world, the Green Man is often related to natural vegetative deities.

It is primarily interpreted as a symbol of rebirth, representing the cycle of growth each spring. Some speculate that the mythology of the Green Man developed independently in the traditions of separate ancient cultures and evolved into the wide variety of examples found throughout history.

Carefully created with love and passion in my small workshop in Somerset this beautifully made Oak engraving is finished with Danish oil, with a strong and robust key chain.

The engraving measures 38 mm Diameter, 45 mm high and 4 -5 mm thick

The chain measures 50 mm long with a 25mm key ring

The total length of the piece is 95 mm long
